Nurbs character for short

These two are my first submissions to this forum, and the character is my first NURBS model. Please, any comment are welcome. This is the start of a short I'm working on. Let me know what you think.

Hey thanks a lot. I'm trying to figure out how to animate this guy. Not sure what pose to start from to have as my base...mouth open/closed/smiling/not smiling/teeth clenched or not...anyone have any advice to what to start from to get the best rig for speech

for that, it would be better if you have a nuetral pose. that is, when the face has no expression on it.

And 2 models are best but footballtable have very long "rods"
