rotate pivot point

Hi there,

How can I rotate my object pivot point?

to rotate my pivot point the maya help says:
select the rotate-tool and press the insert button...
but in my case that doesn´t work; I just can rotate the whole object itself.

anybody out there willing to help a maya-beginner from beer loving Germany??

maybe you need click on the little circle to change the rotate way,

it's the insert key on the PC. Home on mac... are you on a mac by any chance?
