This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

Panzer V Panther Ausf A

This is a model I have been working on for the last 3 weeks or so.

It is done using a combination of NURBs and Polygons.

Main techniques:

NURBs: Lofting and extrusions of curves
Polygons: vertex manipulation and extrusions of faces

It is also my first modelling project so any advice, pointers would be great

it's good. lots of detail, although the plat on the wheels looks papir thin. you could extrude that out abit.
