The first thing I want to know what I see that is, how did he do that?

As for what I see .... I can see the Jellyfish, but also a futuristic cityscape being looked at from above. The sort you get in Japanese Manga films.

hey all, thx for postin keep em coming

Tim_LIVID - its really easy to make however u never get the same result twice its one of those random events heres how

create a layer fill with black
add a lens flare ne where u want and then do filter. chrome with detail 10 smoothness 0
set layer to lighten and duplicate 6 times
leave the first one and then for the next 4 do filter>wave and click randomise a few times(do on nxt 4 layers)
on the second to last u do filter>twirl and chose an numer like 100 or 120 ect. apply and on the last do same but with negaitive of that number
merge all layers (ctrl+shift+e i think)
then ctrl +u click the colourise box and change settings slider to ur hearts content
this was from a tut i found but i cant remem where i found it

This is an example of what a Rorschach Ink blot might look like.

Named after Hermann Rorschach, he thought that spontaneous reactions would yield valuable clues to the test subject's personality. This is why only people who have taken the test have ever seen the actual 10 Rorschach blots. All others are fake as that would defeat the point of the test.

So there you go.
