hey guys ive taking time out from my phonebooth until i can get to grips with outdoor illumination.

ill be adding blinds to the window using the mr area light technique been studing those lovely forums at Cgtalk (the vray renders one) so im looking forward to gettting it textured.

that thread goes on for years lol. but i think i got the basic idea but im not sure MR still can produce Vray quality, but i get sick of seeing vray renders on cgtalk. they are the easy way out. imo

ok matt ive setup my lights gonna do a test on them now, i know everythings still to be finished but i couldnt resist ill be leaving it over night probably cant be arsed waiting.Post the results tomorrow morning. user added image

Yeah... there has to be something wrong if that happens.

Monst likely crashed.

I'll share my setup if you want, mine took about... 1 hour per render.Yours would take moer, there are considerably more polys involved, but still, not all night :p

So yeah, if you want, Ill share my setup.
