Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

A wonderfully detailed piece of machinery! My few crits are as follows:

1) Did you bevel the edges? Something like this would definitely benefit from bevelling! Looking at the lighting, I cannot tell, but I am going to guess you did not (If I'm wrong, please disregard! :-) ) I myself learned about bevelling after the fact and now intend to go back and bevel whatever I can of my old models (and remember to bevel everything in whatever new ones I create!)

2) From what I can see, movement of the legs is limited to up/down. There don't seem to be any provisions for forward/reverse locomotion! Not that it matters, but something I noticed!

Otherwise, this is definitely the level of detail that makes me look three times and go "wow"!

Nice work indeed! :-)
