HDRI Mirrored Ball

I just finished a short project and thought I'd show it off. Mostly it's just a mirrored ball I created while I learned to use HDR Shop. Hope ya like it.
Comments are welcome.

Use a .png or .gif , you lose too much quality with a jpeg

I'm quite sure you can set .gif to high quality and it keeps most of its original quality, not used it for a while, might have been something else.

Gif's are quite poor at the native 8 bit, and end up being large files (relativly for an image) if lots of colour information is included.

if you were just learning how to make an HDRI i don't think you did it right... unless the image you made was of a stormy, overcast day... then hell it's perfect.

I think you have to boost your brightness/gamma controls or something when rendering with HDR. I had to do something similar on a previous project. Have a look for maya -> hrdi tutorials online and I'm sure you'll find what you need in no time user added image

user added image Missed a few steps.
Gotta increase light, and I didn't connect the output thingys.
Maybe I'll try to get the same effect with some actual lighting.
Maybe I can make a nice halloween scene with it lol.
