Looking good. Personally I'd fatten the nose a little and maybe randomize the size and positioning of the teeth...

I kinda like him mate, there is a cartoon here...called inspector gadget and although he is a super hero, he is a geeky looking one..your one remind me of that

I like charactors that have "charactor" straight away and i can already picture him when done!

maybe the ear need curling around a bit as it seems a little thin at top, nose maybe a tad fuller and the teeth spaced and have then more random..

but a great start for sure
