first question woulld be, do you have a hdr imaghe to use?

If so go to render globals, set up mental ray with some final gathering, go to image based lighting and click create, in the attribute editor for the mantalray ball that has just been created in the file go and select your Hdr image, then render, thats a quick and simple way to go about it.

Cheers

Lol joopson, your right.

Mr Bozo - Download HDR shop, it lets you edit and view HDR images as well as creating your own.

Just google it..

You might need to turn down the colour gain on the HDR image
