Shark Tutorial Texturing?

Hi..does anyone know how to texture the nurbs shark from the tutorial? without convering to poly because i need my surf to deform smoothly. I tryed with ramps and etc...but i cannot make them to match perfectly...Thanks in advance!!!

If you havn't already, go into your hypershade, place a blind or what ever you want on the shark,, go into the texture node and add the texture to it, but make sure that Texture placement is on in the create Render node window first, then if the texture is not looking right, in your attrbute editor go down to Rotate frame box and slider and play with it till it looks right.
