Gibson Les Paul

Hi all.
After I saw gster123's Les Paul, I was very impressed, so I started to make my own user added image
This is my first project.
I have built the body and some other parts so far.

Nice work! I like the shape of it. Reflections I think could use some work. I like the outer shape of the guitar and there could be more detail but its good. user added image Nice work.

Looks like a dececent start man.

When I was doing mine I concentarted on modeling before moving onto texturing, that way I could see the overall look of the guitar, as sometimes textures can be a bit of a "Quick fix" and mask any modeling problems.

Have ytou done the curve of the body? I would do this before modeling pickups etc as the curve will have a knock on effect to the position and thickness of the pickups etc.

Cheers for the comment on mine, good luck, looking forward to updates

the knobs at the bottom look kinda transparent... are they supposed to be metallic?
