Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

Scaling a skeleton based mesh

I have a mesh with a skeleton which has been binded and I have painted weights.

Now I have imported the mesh into another scene but it is too big.

When I try to scale the skeleton at the root it goes weird.

How do I scale both the mesh and the skeleton at the same time once it's been binded?

Thanks,

Forlax.

I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.

Hello,

you need to parent all of the character controls to a master controller (if they're not already) and then you scale the master controller rather than the root.

Hope that helps,

Mat
