yer i think they need to go aswell.
makes it look like a 6 years old drawing of a dino

also the head is a little mis shaped from the front veiw.

looks alot better from the side.

The area from the eyes down to the noise looks too square.

but bloody fast work there.

Looks good. A question though, how is this steampunk? Maybe you could add somthing to it to fit the theme better?

look at some of the old movies about dinos like "lost valley", they where always based in the time frame/tecknolagy level steampunk is based.

may build some one tring to catch him with some tecknlagy or riding behind him on somesort of devie.

or

there is a game that is very steampunk like on the pc called

"paraworld"

(warcraft 3 like game) that has a mix of dinos and tecknolagy mixed.

its set in 1927

its about 6 months old. look it up or grab a copy (only cost me £8). might help you out

cgtalk did a 3 part interveiw about the making of the opening - thats how i heard of it.

I was also looking at that picture, good luck to you if you decide to model it. Although the dinosour was not very steampunk it was a nice model. Can't wait to see what your steampunk idea is and how it turns out!
