I like some of his work, but I don't like his site. It appears at an obnoxiously small size and uses flash when not necessary so it's loading a lot. To me, it's a pain to use and I'll bet it hurts him on the job front too.

IÕd have to agree with you on how itÕs too small. He has good work, why doesnÕt he show it off on a bigger page?! user added image

I didnÕt get any loading problems though.

being in flash means that most of it will probably be vectorised anyways (apart from the actual portfolio images. As such running it as a larger resolution would be no problem at all. Maybe he did it on an old PC where the max resolution he could get was 640x480?
Either that or its a design statement, something like less is more user added image

like the models he created, and the design on of the website though i reckon its abit of a worrie because its soo small user added image
