AMX Xtruder concept car

Allright so I dropped the Lamborghini and didnt do anything for a while. Maya was running very slow. Then I wanted to design another car. This one from my imagination. I can say it is a mixture of Subaru Impereza, Dodge Viper, Nissan skyline, Acura NSX, Ferrari 360. Its called Xtruder and is not done (2 days worth of work so far) I will render with a diff HDRI, add mirrors, door handles, a spoiler, change color, add logo and licence plates. Here it is so far. Comments are wecome.

Yo!

You did this in 2 days? With or without sleep?

Looking good so far, although I assume you used existing parts from the other cars u have?

Keep it up, doing good.
Maybe change the floor to someting less hippie?

Yes in 2 days. I got plenty of sleep. I would say it took me 10 hours in total. But this is my second car model ever made, so no it isnt done from existing car parts. Simply from viewing different models, you have an image in your head stuck from a mixture of them. This is what I got and when I look at it, it looks like a mixture of the cars mentioned above.

Looks, pretty good.

Seems like youve got a bit of pinching in some areas that could do with work (right side of the bumper, bits on the seams on the bonnet)

I checked and those have full creases. Maybe the HDR is giving that illusion.

Here it is with mirrors

Heh-I really like what you've done with this one m8! I do have 1 question though-what are your render settings? I havent got around to rendering my car yet and it would be cool if you could share some of your insight.
Nice work once again!

Thanx guys.

velociraptor1 - I will discuss my rendering techniques soon.

Now I actually have to disagree with you guys on how good it looks. When I looked at it, it didnt stand out to me. So I decided to step it up and try out more and more until I get something I liked. So its almost done, still missing some door handles and little side lights and maybe new wheels along with breaks. So here is the all new Xtruder.

With somework, I redesigned the wheels. Added door handles. Redesigned front and back lights. Now just missing windshield whipers and logo for back. Im not too happy with my highlight line of the car in these images but heres the update.
