Twisted Xmas - Joe

Hi I am new here and new to using maya I figured I would share my submission to the Twisted Christmas Challenge, this is my first attempt at making a themed scene in maya, I modeled everything specifically for this challenge nothing was stock. Total time to create it was roughly 16 hours. Feel free to pick it apart user added image

Merry Christmas

Nice Santa expression.

To me, the lighting seems to be casting shadows all over the place, so maybe turn off shadows on a couple of them, to give a more natural look.

I like the overall composition and textures.

P.S. welcome to the challenge.

Thanks for the suggestion on the lights, I always seem to have trouble with lighting.
