The only crit I have on the model, is that you need to anti-alias the render.

On your website, it would be nice to have the videos load before they play. I have super fast internet, and the videos are going choppy.

You should try to sell it to The Elder Scrolls team.
Looks very creepy. It could have fit well into Oblivion.
