Need idea...

Maybe coz it's 4 p.m or i don't know but i don't have a clue how i can make the second , third ... and etc floors like my scetch see.. any ideas will be glad .. to hear

start with a cylinder and start blocking out the rough form.
And go to bed and look at it tomorrow with a clear view:p

Maybe you could enlarge both them levels bigger than the 4th and above levels ...
