Overclock my processer

Hello all i was wondering how to overclock my Q6600 2.4 to like 2.6 ish just if i ever wanted to... thanks.

I'd search around online, read a few tutorials and get some good knowledge about the area first. Then dive in and have fun user added image

Check out overclock.net they have some really nice tutorials on there.

Oveclocking is alot of fun I have over a 100% increase in graphics performance after overlocking my GPU.


RAM disk is not an installation procedure.

Ive overclocked a cire 2 duo that was at 2.4 stock to 3.2 gig, ran a tad hot but its now water cooled so its fine now, might see if I can get some more out of it.

It's all down to your motherboard if you will be able to do it.
