How can I do a Bicycle Rig?

Hi. I only have a few months using maya and right now I am having trouble making a rig for a bicycle. I dont know how to make the pedals move along with the tube and the feet from the man who is pedaling at the same time. I know it has something to do with moving pivots and adding constraints but I dont know how to do it.... help please!!!!
