One thing I noticed was that you combined the teeth with the body mesh. I would keep the teeth separate from the body as 2 different objects. Also for the Round "coin" or "emblem" on the legs. I'm speaking form an animators point of view. Only If it is going to be animated though. You'll save the animator and rigger a lot of headaches.

After looking at the concept art, i don't think that is an Emblem in its dress. It looks more to me like trimming, like on the rest of it's dress.
That might just be me, but i thought i should mention it.

Oh, ok. I didn't know what it was when I opened the file so I just gave it a name. It's kinda detached in the maya file though, it's not part of the mesh.
