back car image plane problem

Ok ive just started to set up my image planes so i can model a car. I have 3 views, side, front and back. I have the side and front views set up fine, but when i add the back image plane, it faces the same way as the "front" image plane. i know there's the rotate tool in the plane attributes, but it rotates on the wrong axis. How do i flip the "back"image plane to be facing the right way?

If I get what your saying you should be able to planar map the plane for the back view, go into the UV Texture Editor, select all the UV's for the plane and flip them over.
