The work you've got on the site is great. A few of the pages gave me side scroll bars (my res 1280x1024), and one thing i've learned is that people hate scrolling sideways.

Personally, i'd change the font for the text on your page and i'd lose flash for the navigation. Flash sites seem to annoy me unless they are outstandingly sexy to look at, even then the novelty wears off after a short period of time.

dannyngan, you may not have flash 6 player installed, that's what the navigation menu is made in.

Weird. I have the Flash 6 player installed (I do some MX stuff), and all my normal Flash-based links work just fine. When I load Kurt's page, I only get an empty frame on the left (right-click bring up the Flash menu though).

I just installed the latest version of the player, and the menu shows up now. Weird.

On my mac I can't see the menu bar either for some reson. Only on my PC can view it right.

Once my new reel is done i'm going to get a professional to do up a reall nice page with my reels on it.

Try installing the latest Flash 6 player (I think it's dated 12/22). It worked for me.
