Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

tutorial request

HI

How about doing a maya to mudbox work flow tut, the reason i say this is because, mudbox handles very similar to maya,

mayabe a tute geared towards next gen game characters where you build a base mesh and then take it into mudbox, and sculpt like theres no tomorrow, and use the high poly mesh to create
Normals maps,

i dont know about anyone else but i would pay good money for you guys at simplymaya to do something like that.

i would like it to be fairly detailed, like saying weather your pushing in the geometry or pulling it out, for exsample if you working on the folds around the eyes and such.

please consider it , i know i'm not the only one who would like to see this

Its not hard at all, its all in the help files. Just use visibility keys on a hidden object and keys on fields.

Would be a nice 5 min one though.

Custom ones are a different matter.
