Is this computer config right one to use maya

I went to maya website and was sure of one thing that maya has extremely high and expensive hardware requirements. :mg:

I went on ebay and this is the most i can afford. I am just a beginner in maya and still learning maya. I dont get into big time rendering for multiple models. I am choosing this hardware because i don't want maya to crash when i am working on it. Will this hardware prevent it? Suggestion are highly appreciated and totally welcomed. user added image

Looks fine to me... This will probably last you a while since you've nearly maxed out the processor and RAM. The graphics card is very decent and the hard drive doesn't really matter unless you are into high-end video editing.

C. P. U. Its not a big processor... Its a series of pipes!

A large HDD is always and advantage, when you have multiple projects thats got a lot of custom textures (colour, bump, spec, displacement etc etc) and your rendering out a high number of frames then you need the extra space.

Also if your doing standard res vidoe editing a 320 gig HDD will get eaten up pretty fast if you do multiple projects that are of any significant legnth (say 30 mins final legnth)
