Can't move CV's

Hey guys,
I have a problem with my nurbs surfaces in Maya where i can't move the CV's. its really annoying, any ideas?
-Andy

EDIT:
I just discovered that this is only AFTER adding isoparms to the model so i can actually do something with it...

Andy can you be a little more specifc, is it just the CV's on the new isoparms you can't move or all the CV's on the surface ?

Sorry, haha.
Its all Cvs, Hulls, or any other editing method on the entire nurbs object after adding new isoparms. It lets me select them, but it allows for no movement.

Here is one for 2008, which is the version i am having the problem in.

I have never bothered to use Nurbs in this version before, I am more of a poly man, so if any Nurbs users have had the problem, please help.

it must be a setting, but why would there be a setting to disable the modification of CVs only AFTER i add isoparms?

oh well, ill work around it. Polygons are MUCH more reliable

just reset settings/preferences in maya and everything should fix itself. Sometimes these things get hung up and the only solution is to reset settings. Or reaload a working backupuser added image
