Problem with Aim constrait

OK, I just ran across a little problem:
I have a gun that points at a target using an aim constraint. It always points at the locator.

BUT when I make a keyframe animation and move the locator, the gun just moves and appears right next to the locator. I tried locking the translate atributes, but it did not work.
:shakehead
Please help me out...

Try making a new locator and re-constraining, or even using a simple polygon in place of the locator and then setting the visibility to Off after animating.

That sometimes works for me.

~I have no idea what I'm doing~
