i'm having trouble watching traing video. i had to format my system, and redownload the training video, but theres' a problem viewing it in window media player can anyone help. thank you

You need the latest Divx codec user added image

go to divx.com to get it, install it, then you should be good to go user added image

i have another problem, i been trying to redownload the tutorials but its saying that i have visitied the site 150 times which is alot but that was on 9/9 but today is 9/11 so not sure who to reach to get them to reset it so i can redownload te products i have bought. thank you
