Slowing animations without changing fps

I did an animation that looks better at 18fps than at 24, how can I slow this animation down to a speed that matches 18 fps wile keeping the settings at 24? is it possible select all the keys at once in the dope sheet and drag it out to cover more frames or something like this?

I use the Trax editor to do just this very thing in a lot of my dynamics simsuser added image

I believe you can do that in the dope sheet too, but I have less experience with that as opposed to the Trax editor.

Good luck!

use Adobe aftereffect, render all frames in maya and import the images into AE and there you can play with it, slowing down animation in maya has not good result,

AE does the job very smooth and perfectly for you,
