Problems for downloads

Hi.

I clicked downloads (animation, models, render) from 'Video Traning'. It's not working. Why?

I show you my attachment.

I am animation student. I finished buy a CD from amazon.co.uk. CD has captions (English subtitles) because I am deaf. I like better CD. CD has much information in Maya 8.5.

I may have mistaken. CD hasn't subtitles (or closed captions). :eek3:
