check the help files, F1 and download some of the free tutorials on this site, like cartoon dog and the franky tutorial... remember practice makes perfect. And don't be afraid to use the search option on the forums for things you might have trouble with, good chances are it's been discussed, but if further help is needed, obviously don't hesitate to ask, next time in actual words though.

that message is assuming the guy was asking how to use maya and looking for some help.
