Demo Reel to DVD ... Suggestions?

Hi Everyone,

So far I using After Effects to edit my animation.

The format is going to be inital auto play and then a menu

1) But I'm unclear about what program should I use to put it to DVD and also what program to use to enable a menu?

2) Resolution? Are employers going to look at this on a computer or television screen?

Thanks

UncleMito,
I have used I believe Roxio to make DVD with a menu.
I will have to check when I get home.
I did this with some old videos that needed to be separated into chapters.
