Attempting a full human wolf thingy tutorial

My previous thread to this was put in the wrong section...oops!

well managed to spend ahour or so on it and things have a improved slightly.

Let me know what you think guys user added image.

It is my first attempt also at a full human tutorial. it is something I am desperate to learn is human modelling.

All critiques welcome.

The book s/he is working from is high poly, so I assume it will be high poly

Well here is an update were I am so far!

Could if anyone sees a problem please speak up, I want to make sure this goes right, I cannot believe how much tweaking I have to do on this....I know the topology is not perfect yet but still working on ituser added image

But I am desperate to learn how to animate and rig myself if you got any tips or tricks for a newbie, that would be greatly appreciated. though the tutorial i am following is pretty intense to say the least but i will percsevere.

check into zbrush and mudbox and learn how to use tranfer maps theres a ton of help out there

Are you working on a Wacom Cintiqu by any chance(i saw the on screen keyboard in an image you posted )

I read that you are learning the basics of rigging? not to disencourage you but this book is pretty advanced stuff (multiple rigs and scripts and stuff like that), and it's better to start simple otherwise you'll get frustrated .
