Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Cracks and debris!

I'm animating a scene where a building falls apart.

What's the best way to go about cracking a single object into many different pieces?

Maya's shatter effect isn't working right and its driving me crazy.

Thanks.

I'm wondering if nCloth could do that. I think that coupled with some particles clouds and whatnot would do the trick.
