Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Do you get enough sleep?

Hello guys,

8 hours is the ideal hours to sleep per day. I try to sleep as much as 8 hours per day but I think its not enough because my body clock still haven't adjusted to my schedule. I sleep around 2 -11 am.

Anyway, do you get enough sleep? user added image

Due to Maya related activities I've probably had about half the amount of sleep I needed over the past year or so, sometimes as little as 3-4 hours a night, but then I make up for it a few days later with a nice 9 or 10....

I think 6-7 is pretty good as an average, 8 usually leaves me feeling a bit tired the next day.

I definitely have not been getting enough sleep lately..usually only about 4 or 5 hours a night because of things I'm working on. But once completed, I'll be getting my usualy 7-8 hours.

Short answer: No

Longer Answer: I go to bed at around 1 AM or so every night and I wake at 6 AM.... 5 hours of sleep. And I am rarely affected by it, except sometimes I get stressed over stupid things. (sometimes)..

So no, I don't get nearly enough sleep. I nap sometimes though.

Being a bot, I guess you don't have to worry about being late for work eh? user added image

around 4-5 hours a night on week days, and about 8-11 hours on weekends.
