Cycle (Clay Scuplture)

This is what I've spent most of my free time on lately! Five sculptures, each one the size of a real baby (dinner plate) and mounted on wood. It is supposed to symbolize technological progression and how we can alter ourselves, as well as to what extent this may lead too. I quite like them! Tell me what you all think user added image

Ill just leave the wood the way it is, too hard to paint over it without getting the models at the same time.

these are awesome.

the wood is good the way it is.

i think there could be room for much more.
wood would decay, become partly metal in the last one.

more drastic transposition.

great work though.

Good idea about the backing and wood, that didn't occur to me at all. I was in a bit of a rush to finish them as they where part of a major project but now that i have time i might go and fix them up.

I should Probably clear this up.
These are REAL models, as in ones that i can touch and stuff. The bases where made out of Modeling clay put into a Plaster mould of my original sculpture (also handmade) and then painted and decorated with computer parts and stuff.
Nothing computerized user added image

i thought as much

i thought they were real photos given what you said in your first post, but then the others started talking as if it were modelled on a computer and started to doubt what i thought, but then after staring at it a bit more i decided it is real
