Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Another Dual Monitor problem!

My dual monitor problem is different from the other post.

I have Maya 4.5PLE open in my main moniitor. I try moving over extra windows(ie. Hypergraph, Outliner, hypershade windows) , but once they're in the second monitor, the window tools do not function.

Can you help me out with this?

It's a new pc.
Athlon 2100xp
512 ddr ram
Geforce 4 TI 4200 128mb 8xAGP
Monitor 1 - 17" crt flat screen Viewsonic
monitor 2 - 17' crt tube Sony trinitron

Thanks,
George

I had the same problem.

The problem occured for me when I used the dual display setting from windows XP. Though when i disabled the XP setting and used my dual monitor with the nView suplied software, it works great. (horizental span.)

Goodluck

Thanks,
Ari
