Admins, please help

First off I have to say I am NOT saying this website has issues, however, I may be having some due to the amount of years since i've been on? I'm trying to use my points to purchase some videos however it says I don't have access to the file. I've tried google chrome and IE and neither work. This is my only day off this week so if any of you can help it would be much appreciated.

To anyone viewing this thread, i'm an R-tard and clearing my cache fixed all my troubles. Thanks david for the help and I appreciate your help! The fact you checked my account to make sure it worked on your end i really appreciate. Looking forward to rejoining the community =)
