If they are part of the same mesh, use the bridge tool (select edges and bridge). If they aren't, you'll have to combine them first (mesh > combine).

Okay, thanks I will try...I think I have tried to use bridge before...maybe not correctly.

It worked...now I need to fill that gap.

P.S. Need help on that too. Fill Holes does not work.
