Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

User names

Not that this really matters a whole lot but I am curious anyways. I was wondering what the significance is, on the home page here at SM where it says online users, for all of the different colors, font styles on peoples user-names. Is there some sort of key or legend? I am assuming it has something to do with moderators, administrators, peons, or newbies.

I threw up a picture in-case by some odd chance that people don't know what I am talking about or haven't seen this.

Anyways like I said not a huge deal just would like to kill the curiosity.

Thanks

I've always wondered that aswell, just assumed it had something to do with subscription packages, but I don't think SM offers lifetime subscription anymore

Orange is lifetime members, italic subscriber, blue non confirmed members, bold admins, there might be others I designed it a while back.

Lifetime memberships are still available and we plan to add other options in the near future.

I thought you took away lifetime memberships a couple years ago? Am I losing my mind already? I know my body feels old, but jeez.

Possibly. Was there an announcement about this? The people deserve to know! :p

EDIT: I just realised I could have just looked under Joverall's name to answer my own question *facepalm*
