hello. i would like to know, if there is a possibility to connect rotation attributes of two objects so, that the second object gets only a part of rotation of the first object.

You would have to do this with either an expression, or by using a utility network. Eg, plug the first object's rotation attributes into a multiply divide node, then plug the output into the second object's rotation attributes.

i don't really know how to work with nodes. i've opened hypershade, pulled both object there, created multiply divide node, connectedoutput from first object to the input1_x. then connected output of the multiply divide node with the rotation of the second object. but i can't change value of the input1_x, it's yellow and locked.
