baking animation

Hi, i am trying to bake my animation but after baking it with default settings, there will be one or two weird deformity with my object. For more info, i baked it with many different ways like selecting the joints and controllers and baked or just the joints only to bake it.

Any help is good, thanks

I've only baked animations once but don't you select the mesh or the group that has the mesh and all the controls and joints?

just the mention of baking makes me think of cookies...
