export mesh to mudbox

Hello,

I have some problems exporting my mesh (head) into mudbox. I tried to export it with FBX and when I wan't to import it, mudbox complains about "t-contours" and that some faces are using more then 2 polygons.

I already tried to work clean in Maya and after fixing some issues i can't find any non-quad Faces in my mesh, even with the cleanup-tool.

What else do i have to be aware of, besides using quad-faces?

btw. Sorry for my bad english, it is certainly not my native language. ,)

yeah I was going to suggest you look for "laminar" faces using the cleanup tool. I generally check for ngons, tris, non-manifold, laminar, edges with zero length, and faces with zero surface area when cleaning a mesh.
