Odd selection glitch..? (RESOLVED)

I really don't know how to describe this, so I will provide a picture of what happened.

I don't know why this happened, I must have pressed some key accidentally, and I have tried resetting all of my settings, and I cannot get this... feature to go away.

I'm sorry, but I can't provide any more information than what is captured on the picture, it's hard to describe.

When I select a polygon in edge/face mode, the lines turn a very dark blue, and dots appear on vertices.

The picture is uploaded as an attachment.

How do I fix this, as I've looked all over the internet for a solution to this, but I don't know how to word the problem correctly.

Press b on the keyboard. You seem to have activated soft-selection mode.

I love you.

Like literally, I will marry you if given the chance. This will allow me to finish the models I have been working on.

Thank you so much!
