Fly by movie

So I'm planning ahead here

My college 3d independent study project is a castle and walls and etc medieval stufff in a scene. I am nearly done with the modeling and have started to make textures [normal, diffuse, some spec some not] for the pieces.
I need to create a fly by movie to export and show the professor the scene.

I wanted to have it start like outside the castle walls and move around slowly the castle, by the stables, merchant tents, etc and end up where it started again. Maybe like a figure 8 shape from start to finish.

How would I do this? Any basic or advanced tips appreciated. user added image
