Need a very basic light

The thing is, I'm shooting a scene from space and I want the lighting to light up only the surface it touches - no bouncing.
Like in this picture:

I'm currently using a directional light but it still bounces a little bit.

Are you using mentalray? If you're using software, there will be no bouncing. Also, in the real world, all light bounces; just certain materials bounce more than others.

You can still use mental ray but just dont turn on FG or GI.

Also if you have some issues with 'bounced light' check your materials dont have any ambient on as this can wash out the shadows

You can select which light affects what.
As example you can make that one light affects one model out of 999.
>>>Window>Relationship editor>light linking>light -centric.
there you select light and in other side you can see underlined objects, click to de select, and light will be disabled for those from selected light.
