locking multiple objects together

Im working with nurbs, is there any way I could lock many objects together so that when i select any part of the model it is all selected at once?

You can group them together, then when you select a piece of it, just hit the up arrow and the group will be selected.

Pickwalking is great... up, down, left, right. Up is the most useful though.
