Object deforms when rotating?!

Hi I have a problem with an object that deforms every time I rotated. It was a cube and the only commands I used on it was: extrude and merge, no deformers or anything like that. Deleting the history and freezing transformations doesn't do anything, does somebody knows was going on here? any help will be appreciated thanks.user added image
