Ambient Occlusion and Aweful Anomalies

Any ideas why I can not seem to shake these awful black dots (anomalies) from this ambient occlusion render? Thank you in advance for any help that can be given... am having a really hard time with this.

What I found out is that I had not turned on multiple objects and instead had single object selected in the Metal Ray Batch Bake attributes. Once I had made this correction the issue went away. Just wanted to share what I had found in case someone else had made the same mistake; it is easy to do as Maya has so many options. Thank you for the effort to help Ozgalis, it is sincerely appreciated.user added image
