Rigging a universal joint

I've modeled a universal joint, three pieces all pivots in the proper places. Thing is I am stumped on how to rig this thing. The only tut I've seen is in Greek and not very clear. (yes Greek). Any ideas or help or could you point me in the direction of a solution? Appreciate any help! Thanks!
